At the earliest possible date we are looking for a

Technical draughtsman / work planner (m/f/d)

who will strengthen our team and work with us to constructively advance the future of serial timber module construction.

Location: Naila | Start: immediately | Remuneration: according to qualification & experience
Position: permanent full-time | Working hours: day shift (in close coordination with production)

As Technical draughtsman / work planner (m/f/d) you create the basis for the precise and smooth production of our wooden modules. With your expertise in joinery - primarily in the SEMA programme - you ensure that every component can be precisely planned, prepared and produced.

You work closely with work preparation, production, project management and, if necessary, structural engineering and ensure that realisable, production-ready solutions are created from planning.

Under the [HolzWerk³] brand, we manufacture serial 3D timber modules for residential and commercial properties in Naila. With a high degree of prefabrication, we create urgently needed living space in a short space of time and offer sustainable solutions for local authorities, architects and construction planning offices. Our spectrum ranges from commercial buildings, serial residential construction, holiday parks and neighbourhood development to educational and staff accommodation. We combine modern production technologies with traditional craftsmanship and focus on quality and sustainability. Your tasks:

Creation of joinery and construction drawings (e.g. wall, ceiling and roof elements) in modular timber construction
Detailed planning of openings, penetrations, connections and structural component points
Revision and adaptation of the designs on the basis of the structural specifications and the design and material requirements defined in the specifications - including production- and assembly-orientated implementation
Creation and preparation of CAD and CNC production data for various manufacturing and processing systems
Creation of parts lists and production plans for production
Inspection, coordination and technical clarification with project management, structural engineering, work preparation and production
Ensuring dimensional accuracy, cost-effectiveness and production-orientated solutions

What you bring with you:

Completed training as a draughtsman, technical draughtsman, carpenter with further training or comparable qualification
Experience in timber construction, ideally in serial construction
Very good knowledge of the programme SEMA (Joinery / timber construction)
Confident handling of work and detail drawings
Technical understanding of design details, connections and production processes
Structured, precise and independent way of working
Ability to work in a team and solution-orientated thinking
